Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in customer experience or related roles
  • Minimum 3 years in a people leadership role, preferably leading other managers
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing customer experience teams
