Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in customer experience or related roles
- Minimum 3 years in a people leadership role, preferably leading other managers
- Demonstrated success in building and growing customer experience teams
