Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of qualitative and quantitative research projects to understand business and customer needs
- Synthesize research and analysis to uncover actionable insights and communicate findings to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into strategic planning and advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND 10+ years of experience in related roles, or equivalent experience
- Master's Degree in a relevant field AND 12+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of experience in related roles
- Experience leveraging large data sets
- Experience with automations and AI
- Prior tech industry experience
