- Define and evolve customer experience standards and principles

- Develop practical assets and enablement materials for teams to use in daily operations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer experience design or related fields
- Proven experience in building operating systems and frameworks
- Familiarity with service design tools is preferred
- Experience in startup or transformation environments is beneficial
- Healthcare experience is helpful but not required; backgrounds in hospitality or premium services are valued
