Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer experience design or related fields
  • Proven experience in building operating systems and frameworks
  • Familiarity with service design tools is preferred
  • Experience in startup or transformation environments is beneficial
  • Healthcare experience is helpful but not required; backgrounds in hospitality or premium services are valued
