Job Summary
Leading customer experience initiatives, the full-time Director of Customer Experience will develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while managing a team to implement best practices across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer experience strategies that align with business goals
- Manage and mentor a team focused on improving customer interactions and satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience or related roles
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving customer-centric initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Experience with customer feedback tools and methodologies
