Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Experience (CX) Operations.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in high-velocity SaaS environments
- Expertise in post-sales operations and key performance indicators
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Intercom, PlanHat, and Excel
- Preferred knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and AI/ML tools
