Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Customer Experience Strategy & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish the vision and strategy for the CxO Program, aligning with corporate goals and client needs
  • Oversee the Executive Sponsorship and Executive Business Review Programs to enhance client relationships
  • Develop training and workshops to improve client engagement and knowledge of offerings


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy development or customer engagement, preferably in tech or cloud security
  • Proven experience engaging with C-level executives and understanding their business needs
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive multiple projects to completion
