Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Customer Experience Strategy & Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the vision and strategy for the CxO Program, aligning with corporate goals and client needs
- Oversee the Executive Sponsorship and Executive Business Review Programs to enhance client relationships
- Develop training and workshops to improve client engagement and knowledge of offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategy development or customer engagement, preferably in tech or cloud security
- Proven experience engaging with C-level executives and understanding their business needs
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive multiple projects to completion
