Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Growth & Experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and scale the customer marketing and experience strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
- Own the end-to-end customer marketing strategy across the lifecycle, driving engagement, retention, and expansion
- Partner with teams to manage events and create customer-first experiences that deepen loyalty and relationships
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in events, field marketing, or customer marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or ecommerce
- Proven experience leading trade shows and high-impact customer or ABM experiences
- Experience managing and mentoring team members with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Background in partnership-driven programs or co-marketing initiatives is highly preferred
- Comfortable traveling about 20% of the time
