Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Growth & Experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and scale the customer marketing and experience strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Own the end-to-end customer marketing strategy across the lifecycle, driving engagement, retention, and expansion
  • Partner with teams to manage events and create customer-first experiences that deepen loyalty and relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in events, field marketing, or customer marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or ecommerce
  • Proven experience leading trade shows and high-impact customer or ABM experiences
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Background in partnership-driven programs or co-marketing initiatives is highly preferred
  • Comfortable traveling about 20% of the time
