Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Voice of the Customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and lead a strategic Voice of the Customer program that drives value and actionable recommendations
  • Nurture collaborative relationships with stakeholders to shape product and business strategy
  • Develop and implement customer feedback loops to consistently measure and act on customer insights
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in an analytical function such as Customer/User Insights or Voice of the Customer
  • Strong data reporting and analytics skills, including proficiency in SQL
  • Experience conducting customer research and synthesizing product insights
  • Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex customer challenges
  • Ability to convey complex topics in simple, engaging formats
