Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Journey and Personalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute multi-step customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Create and manage audience segments for targeted campaigns and implement personalization strategies
  • Test and optimize campaigns based on performance analysis and insights
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience in digital channels and products in Financial Services, or a High School Diploma/GED with 14 years of experience
  • Proven experience in digital marketing focused on campaign management or customer journey orchestration
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and audience segmentation
  • Experience with email testing tools for ensuring compatibility across clients
