Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Customer Enablement & Learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and execution for customer enablement and learning across the software portfolio
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for customer-specific training and scalable virtual learning programs
  • Design customer learning journeys that support onboarding, proficiency, and ongoing optimization
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years' experience in customer enablement, education, or software training within a SaaS or technology environment
  • 5+ years' experience leading and developing teams, including senior contributors and managers
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and real-world software learning
  • Proven ability to design learning experiences that drive adoption and behavioral change
  • Operational rigor with the ability to define processes and manage capacity for scalable learning programs
