Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Customer Marketing to lead customer engagement and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a comprehensive customer marketing strategy to drive engagement and advocacy
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to enhance product adoption through targeted campaigns
  • Map and optimize the customer journey to improve engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in driving engagement and adoption of new products
  • Expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
