Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of direct experience in customer advocacy, reference programs, or customer marketing
  • Proven success in building and scaling global advocacy programs
  • Strong storytelling skills and experience producing customer-facing content
  • Experience with advocacy platforms (e.g., ReferenceView) and Salesforce
  • Must have experience in both healthcare and enterprise environments
