Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer advocacy strategy aligned with corporate marketing goals
- Build and manage a scalable reference program that identifies and nurtures customer champions
- Maintain a dynamic database of customer advocates and track engagement across campaigns and channels
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of direct experience in customer advocacy, reference programs, or customer marketing
- Proven success in building and scaling global advocacy programs
- Strong storytelling skills and experience producing customer-facing content
- Experience with advocacy platforms (e.g., ReferenceView) and Salesforce
- Must have experience in both healthcare and enterprise environments
