Key Responsibilities
- Own global customer lifecycle strategy spanning onboarding, adoption, education, retention, and expansion
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing customer marketing team
- Deliver coordinated omni-channel programs for existing customers across various platforms
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing roles
- 3+ years in a people leadership capacity within B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes in adoption, retention, and expansion
- Deep knowledge of customer lifecycle management and data-driven marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
