Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive customer retention strategies to support partner success
- Lead marketing initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of services among students and campus staff
- Establish key performance indicators and utilize data to optimize marketing strategies and measure effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of marketing experience with significant B2B and B2C exposure, including 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's preferred
- Experience in higher education, K-12, SaaS, digital health, or student services
- Expertise in customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
