Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the vision and strategy for customer marketing to drive growth
  • Identify and cultivate strategic customer advocates and develop compelling narratives
  • Lead customer participation in events and create high-impact customer content
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related roles in enterprise technology
  • Proven track record of building and scaling customer marketing programs in high-growth environments
  • Strong executive presence to engage with CIOs, CTOs, and AI/engineering leaders
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex technology into compelling narratives
  • Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure, data platforms, or AI ecosystems is preferred
