Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Director of Customer Marketing will develop and execute strategies for customer adoption, retention, and expansion through data-driven campaigns and executive engagement programs, while working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the customer marketing strategy focused on adoption, retention, and expansion revenue
- Oversee the execution of executive engagement initiatives, including Customer Advisory Boards and strategic relationship programs
- Establish a data-driven operating model for customer marketing performance, measuring against key KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience in Customer Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing programs
- Proven success in driving upsell, cross-sell, and expansion revenue
- Strong background in building executive engagement programs
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and Marketo
- Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing marketing teams
