Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Onboarding, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Onboarding Success Managers to ensure successful execution of customer implementation projects
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, including project scope and timeline achievement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term goals and strategies for implementation that align with business objectives


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; relevant Advanced Degree strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of experience working with SaaS, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management
  • Minimum 7 years of direct people management experience within a Customer Success or Operations division
  • Experience leading large-scale teams and executing strategic initiatives with a focus on change management
  • Proven ability to use data for decision-making and execution in a collaborative environment
