Job Summary

Leading a high-volume, consultative enrollment operation, the full-time remote Director of Customer Operations will drive enrollment growth and revenue by overseeing the conversion of prospective leads into enrolled students while managing a diverse team and ensuring service excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, optimizing conversion rates and enrollment outcomes
  • Plan and lead seasonal enrollment cycles, scaling teams and processes to meet peak demands
  • Design and refine scalable enrollment workflows, ensuring compliance and a family-centered experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in senior operations roles leading high-volume, customer-facing organizations
  • Proven success in managing large, multi-layered teams and driving performance accountability
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data for operational strategy and workforce planning
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally to align strategy and execution across complex organizations
