Job Summary

Transforming customer journeys, the full-time remote Director of Customer Revenue Operations will design operating models to enhance retention, streamline processes, and drive business growth by collaborating across various departments.

Key responsibilities
  • Design customer-centric operating models that enhance critical moments in the customer lifecycle
  • Lead cross-functional sessions to align departments around shared customer outcomes and operational improvements
  • Utilize customer insights and operational data to prioritize workflow enhancements and measure business impact
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Product Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Five or more years of experience in customer operations, revenue operations, or process design
  • Proven ability to design and improve complex cross-functional workflows
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or workflow automation systems preferred
  • Strong facilitation skills with a demonstrated ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
