Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Business Process Management in Customer Order Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to assess and improve order management processes
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance order fulfillment accuracy and reduce lead times
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and service excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in customer order management within a publishing supply chain context
- 3 years of expertise in process optimization and managing outsourced vendor relationships
- Proven experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives and managing complex projects
- Strong understanding of supply chain management systems and data analytics tools
