Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the commercial sales strategy for Professional and Customer Success services, aligning with Field Sales, Partners, and Marketing
  • Develop and close transformational service deals that enhance customer relationships and accelerate business value realization
  • Coach and mentor the team to identify, shape, scope, and close complex service engagements while delivering against defined booking and revenue targets
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in exceeding services-led bookings and revenue in a quota-carrying role
  • Leadership experience in services sales or a similar role
  • Experience in closing high-value transformational deals that impact customer strategy
  • Understanding of AI's role in driving customer outcomes
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across various teams
