Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial sales strategy for Professional and Customer Success services, aligning with Field Sales, Partners, and Marketing
- Develop and close transformational service deals that enhance customer relationships and accelerate business value realization
- Coach and mentor the team to identify, shape, scope, and close complex service engagements while delivering against defined booking and revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in exceeding services-led bookings and revenue in a quota-carrying role
- Leadership experience in services sales or a similar role
- Experience in closing high-value transformational deals that impact customer strategy
- Understanding of AI's role in driving customer outcomes
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across various teams
