Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Customer Delivery & Outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring engagement, outcomes, and relationships are effectively handled
- Oversee delivery orchestration and quality across engagements, coordinating teams and managing escalations
- Drive continuous improvement and communicate outcomes in business terms to executive stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise technology delivery, consulting, account management, or customer leadership
- 5+ years of end-to-end ownership of enterprise accounts, including delivery and growth
- Experience managing delivery teams and post-go-live outcome ownership
- Proven track record of growing account revenue through outcome-driven expansion
- Experience with enterprise stakeholder management at the VP/C-level
