Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Customer Delivery & Outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring engagement, outcomes, and relationships are effectively handled
  • Oversee delivery orchestration and quality across engagements, coordinating teams and managing escalations
  • Drive continuous improvement and communicate outcomes in business terms to executive stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years in enterprise technology delivery, consulting, account management, or customer leadership
  • 5+ years of end-to-end ownership of enterprise accounts, including delivery and growth
  • Experience managing delivery teams and post-go-live outcome ownership
  • Proven track record of growing account revenue through outcome-driven expansion
  • Experience with enterprise stakeholder management at the VP/C-level
