Job Summary

Supporting internal initiatives to enhance KLAS and NPS scores, the full-time Director of Customer Partnerships will collaborate with operational teams to align objectives, identify performance risks, and execute improvement plans, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute the R1 strategy by translating insights into best practices for performance optimization
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams to align operational objectives and develop remediation plans for identified risks
  • Support the development of standardized templates for analysis and client presentations to improve operational performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years in a management role
  • Experience in healthcare operations or related environments
  • Proven track record of improving operational performance metrics
