Director of Customer Reporting

Job Summary

Leading the strategy for customer-facing data products, the full-time salaried Director of Customer Reporting will manage data governance, reporting architecture, and analytics delivery in a remote capacity across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Define the data product roadmap and governance routines for Managed Services to support scalable customer analytics
• Act as product owner for the standard customer reporting suite, overseeing dashboard strategy, user documentation, and training
• Ensure data quality and consistency across systems, implementing routines to identify and resolve data gaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data product management, analytics leadership, or supply chain technology
• Direct experience with shipment-level data and customer-facing analytics
• Proven ability to manage a product roadmap and drive cross-functional alignment
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and reporting logic in a multi-client environment
