Director of Customer Reporting

Job Summary

Leading the strategy for customer reporting and data governance, the full-time salaried Director of Customer Reporting will manage data product development, ensure data quality, and align reporting mechanisms in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and own the data product roadmap for Managed Services, including data structures and reporting logic
• Act as product owner for the standard customer reporting suite, overseeing enhancement roadmaps and user documentation
• Govern and monitor data quality, ensuring completeness and usability across systems and customer bases

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data product management, analytics leadership, or supply chain technology
• Direct experience with shipment-level data and customer-facing analytics
• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and drive cross-functional alignment
• Strong understanding of data quality and governance in a multi-client environment
