Job Summary
Transforming customer journeys, the full-time remote Director of Customer Revenue Operations will design and implement customer-centric workflows that enhance retention, streamline operations, and drive business growth while collaborating with various departments across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Design customer-centric operating models to improve critical moments in the customer lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional sessions to align teams around shared customer outcomes and operational changes
- Translate customer insights and operational data into practical workflows and implementation plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Product Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Five or more years of experience in customer operations, revenue operations, or process design
- Demonstrated ability to design complex cross-functional workflows
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms preferred
- Strong facilitation and communication skills to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
