Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Customer Account Managers to identify target expansion opportunities and develop strategic plans
• Build relationships with customer corporate sales and marketing staff to develop marketing plans and measure campaign success
• Manage customer marketing campaign development and execution, including training and distribution of marketing materials

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the long-term care space
• Understanding of the senior living community sales and marketing landscape
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and experience with digital media platforms
• Metrics-driven marketing mindset with a focus on creativity
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders
