Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director Customer Security and Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary security representative in customer engagements, conducting security deep dives and architecture reviews
  • Articulate security architecture and risk management approaches across various layers, addressing customer concerns during pre-procurement discussions
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's security design and represent the security program in customer-led assessments
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in information security with a strong background in Security Architecture, Cloud Security, Application Security, and Compliance
  • Proven experience leading technical security discussions with external customers and auditors
  • Deep understanding of modern security architectures across cloud platforms and distributed systems
  • Hands-on experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and NIST
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear explanations for diverse audiences
