Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Professional Services in high-growth SaaS or software-enabled companies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in building or managing a revenue-generating services motion
- Proven track record of designing systems to reduce implementation effort and accelerate customer value realization
- Experience in industries where software triggers physical world actions, such as Supply Chain or Logistics
