Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Customer Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Solution Architects (CSAs) to drive sales and business growth
  • Guide CSAs in developing technical strategies and innovative solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Oversee account health management and customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a focus on pre-sales or customer success leadership
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams in an enterprise software setting
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse architectures, big data technologies, and cloud ecosystems
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and a proven track record in building customer relationships
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
