Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Customer Solution Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Solution Architects (CSAs) to drive sales and business growth
- Guide CSAs in developing technical strategies and innovative solutions aligned with customer needs
- Oversee account health management and customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a focus on pre-sales or customer success leadership
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams in an enterprise software setting
- Strong understanding of data warehouse architectures, big data technologies, and cloud ecosystems
- Experience engaging with senior executives and a proven track record in building customer relationships
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
