Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Global Scaled Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a global team of Customer Success Managers, promoting technical excellence and customer advocacy
- Develop and execute a low-touch customer success strategy to enhance engagement through automation
- Build and automate digital customer lifecycles to improve onboarding and accelerate Time to Value for users
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services within the SaaS or Infrastructure space
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams, preferably in a global or remote setting
- Experience in leading a Technical Account Manager or Technical Customer Success Manager function is preferred
- Proven track record of building automated customer journeys and using CS platforms to drive scale
- Ability to analyze complex data sets for actionable retention strategies and accurate financial forecasts
