Job Summary

Leading a team of Customer Success Managers, the full-time salaried Director of Customer Success will drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth while ensuring alignment with business objectives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers to foster a customer-centric culture and achieve service excellence
  • Implement customer success strategies in collaboration with senior leadership to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Oversee the development of strong customer relationships, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring customer needs are met
Required qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in customer success or account management, typically 10-12 years
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in leadership or customer experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of the services industry and customer success management
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives
  • Strong communication skills for effective engagement with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
