Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Director of Customer Success will manage Customer Success Managers, oversee advertiser portfolio health and retention, and maintain relationships with media partners in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Customer Success team, setting performance expectations and conducting weekly market reviews
  • Maintain institutional relationships with media partner leadership, resolving escalations and owning quarterly business reviews
  • Own retention rates and revenue accountability across partner markets, defining benchmarks and reporting to senior leadership
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years in customer success, account management, or media partnership roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
  • Experience with channel or co-sell models, managing customer success through third-party seller relationships
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance data and the ability to communicate insights to diverse audiences
  • Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion targets in a performance-oriented environment
  • Experience engaging with senior partner stakeholders in quarterly business review settings
