Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success to lead teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer service strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing customer service teams while fostering a positive work environment
  • Enhance customer experience by identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving escalated issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer success or high-touch tech-enabled service teams
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing customer service teams
  • Deep understanding of customer service best practices and industry trends
