Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in managing P&L and leading customer success in healthcare technology
- Strong player-coach mindset with the ability to mentor and develop teams
- Deep understanding of customer success principles and experience managing complex customer accounts
- Expertise in using data-driven insights to track customer success metrics and product utilization
