Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy for customer delivery and satisfaction while cultivating a network that meets customer needs
  • Manage and develop a diverse team of Customer Success Managers to deliver long-term value based on customer goals
  • Monitor customer health and coordinate resources to ensure engagement and retention within the account portfolio
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional work experience
  • 6+ years of customer success or account management experience preferred
  • 2+ years of people management experience strongly recommended
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a book of business and high-value strategic accounts
  • 3+ years of experience working with providers or health systems
