Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success & Growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the post-sale operating model to ensure a consistent onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion process
  • Own retention and expansion outcomes by developing strategies that convert customer value into revenue growth
  • Elevate customer onboarding and adoption to ensure quick realization of value and deepen product engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Deep post-sale leadership experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of managing onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
  • Strong ability to build operating models that provide clarity and predictability in post-sale processes
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of translating customer value into renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Experience in developing high-performing teams through effective leadership and coaching systems
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making using metrics and KPIs to guide actions and strategies
