Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the post-sale operating model to ensure a consistent onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion process
- Own retention and expansion outcomes by developing strategies that convert customer value into revenue growth
- Elevate customer onboarding and adoption to ensure quick realization of value and deepen product engagement
Required Qualifications
- Deep post-sale leadership experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of managing onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Strong ability to build operating models that provide clarity and predictability in post-sale processes
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of translating customer value into renewal and expansion opportunities
- Experience in developing high-performing teams through effective leadership and coaching systems
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making using metrics and KPIs to guide actions and strategies
