Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Customer Success Prisma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Client Success organization focused on client retention and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and customer success processes
  • Define and execute the Customer Success strategy, ensuring measurable business outcomes for clients


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with PropTech or Rent Payment platforms serving multi-family operators
  • Proven track record in building and scaling Customer Success teams
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience in driving adoption and retention
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in developing high-performing teams
