Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Client Success organization focused on client retention and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and customer success processes
- Define and execute the Customer Success strategy, ensuring measurable business outcomes for clients
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience with PropTech or Rent Payment platforms serving multi-family operators
- Proven track record in building and scaling Customer Success teams
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience in driving adoption and retention
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in developing high-performing teams
