Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and grow teams of Customer Success Managers and Renewal Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and development
  • Own GRR and NRR for the AMS region, improving adoption, renewals, and guiding customers to achieve business outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive account growth, forecast accuracy, and implement scalable processes for customer success initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS leadership
  • Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion targets at scale
  • Experience leading distributed teams and managing leaders is preferred
  • Strong operational acuity in forecasting, playbooks, and success plans
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, and data/analytics tools
