Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and grow teams of Customer Success Managers and Renewal Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and development
- Own GRR and NRR for the AMS region, improving adoption, renewals, and guiding customers to achieve business outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive account growth, forecast accuracy, and implement scalable processes for customer success initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS leadership
- Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion targets at scale
- Experience leading distributed teams and managing leaders is preferred
- Strong operational acuity in forecasting, playbooks, and success plans
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, and data/analytics tools
