Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Customer Success - Prisma.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Client Success organization focused on customer adoption and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback into product development and enhance processes
- Define and execute the Customer Success strategy, prioritizing customer retention and long-term value
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Experience with PropTech and/or Rent Payment platforms serving multi-family operators
- Proven experience in building and scaling Customer Success teams
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with a track record in driving adoption and retention
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in mentoring high-performing teams
