Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer success managers to deliver value
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies for onboarding, engagement, and retention
  • Analyze customer health metrics and feedback to drive product improvements and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a SaaS environment leading a Customer Success Team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and technical aptitude for software programs
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
