Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer success managers to deliver value
- Develop and implement customer success strategies for onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Analyze customer health metrics and feedback to drive product improvements and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a SaaS environment leading a Customer Success Team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of customer service practices and technical aptitude for software programs
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
