Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure team effectiveness
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize client adoption, satisfaction, and retention
  • Build strategic relationships with key accounts and act as an escalation point for complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer Success or related client-facing roles (5+ years)
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or director capacity (2+ years)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, software, API integrations, and data analysis
  • Proficiency with CRM software and data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with the market research industry is a plus
