Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure team effectiveness
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize client adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Build strategic relationships with key accounts and act as an escalation point for complex issues
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Success or related client-facing roles (often 5+ years)
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or director capacity (often 2+ years)
- Strong understanding of SaaS, software, API integrations, and data analysis
- Proficiency with CRM software and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with the market research industry is a plus
