Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Customer Success to lead strategic and operational initiatives for assigned plan sponsor accounts in the pharmacy benefit management sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary representative for assigned accounts, managing relationships with plan sponsors, brokers, and TPAs
  • Translate pharmacy claims data and market dynamics into actionable recommendations and drive adoption of technology solutions
  • Ensure compliance and operational excellence by managing contract execution, escalations, and cross-functional collaboration


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
  • 8+ years of experience in PBM or closely related health benefits environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and present to senior leadership
  • Experience in compliance-sensitive, HIPAA-regulated environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/project management systems
