Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers across multiple accounts
  • Develop account strategies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience
  • Monitor account health metrics and drive improvements in product utilization and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare (provider, payor, healthcare IT)
  • 5+ years of experience in project/account management roles
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop content for executive-level presentations
