Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers across multiple accounts
- Develop account strategies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience
- Monitor account health metrics and drive improvements in product utilization and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare (provider, payor, healthcare IT)
- 5+ years of experience in project/account management roles
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop content for executive-level presentations
