Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management
  • Experience in healthcare technology, interoperability, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange (HL7, FHIR, APIs)
  • Proven track record of driving account growth and managing enterprise customers
  • Strong executive communication and relationship management skills
