Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Customer Success & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive oversight of delivery operations, ensuring service quality and alignment with client commitments
  • Establish and enhance project governance frameworks to support scalable and compliant execution
  • Lead complex delivery initiatives, ensuring effective risk management and successful execution within defined parameters
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, Operations, or related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in delivery management, operations, or project leadership
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in a matrixed or multi-disciplinary environment
  • Preferred insurance designations (CPCU, CIC) and/or project management certifications (PMP, PgMP, Agile)
  • Deep expertise in insurance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
