Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Customer Success & Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of delivery operations, ensuring service quality and alignment with client commitments
- Establish and enhance project governance frameworks to support scalable and compliant execution
- Lead complex delivery initiatives, ensuring effective risk management and successful execution within defined parameters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, Operations, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in delivery management, operations, or project leadership
- 5-7 years of leadership experience in a matrixed or multi-disciplinary environment
- Preferred insurance designations (CPCU, CIC) and/or project management certifications (PMP, PgMP, Agile)
- Deep expertise in insurance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
