Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success - EMEA (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of high-functioning Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
- Ensure customers see value from the product and maintain strong executive relationships
- Develop and implement systems and processes for team growth while enhancing customer service
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of experience working directly with customers and large organizations
- At least two years in a leadership role within customer success or technical account management
- Technical curiosity with the ability to discuss product functionality with technical leaders
- Ability to understand organizational roles and craft compelling narratives
- Willingness to work EMEA hours
