Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success - EMEA (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of high-functioning Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
  • Ensure customers see value from the product and maintain strong executive relationships
  • Develop and implement systems and processes for team growth while enhancing customer service


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of six years of experience working directly with customers and large organizations
  • At least two years in a leadership role within customer success or technical account management
  • Technical curiosity with the ability to discuss product functionality with technical leaders
  • Ability to understand organizational roles and craft compelling narratives
  • Willingness to work EMEA hours
