Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success and Technical Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive company GDR (renewals) and co-execute NDR (upsell and cross-sell) with Sales and Presales
  • Develop best practices for customer success and build relationships with strategic enterprise clients
  • Oversee the effectiveness of the TAM and IA teams and manage overall Customer Success P&L
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of direct Customer Success leadership experience in a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience managing a book of business with significant ARR
  • Proven track record of successful upsells and cross-sells, significantly increasing ARR
  • Ability to develop strategic plans for customer success growth
  • Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members
