Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success and Technical Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive company GDR (renewals) and co-execute NDR (upsell and cross-sell) with Sales and Presales
- Develop best practices for customer success and build relationships with strategic enterprise clients
- Oversee the effectiveness of the TAM and IA teams and manage overall Customer Success P&L
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct Customer Success leadership experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Experience managing a book of business with significant ARR
- Proven track record of successful upsells and cross-sells, significantly increasing ARR
- Ability to develop strategic plans for customer success growth
- Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members
