Job Summary

  • Experience in building customer success programs in fast-paced or early-stage environments
  • Proven success in driving retention, adoption, and expansion within large organizations
  • Experience collaborating with Sales to align on growth strategies and customer value
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
