Job Summary

- Experience in building customer success programs in fast-paced or early-stage environments
- Proven success in driving retention, adoption, and expansion within large organizations
- Experience collaborating with Sales to align on growth strategies and customer value
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
